Na verdade não é exato dizer que não seja do U2 já que é uma parceria do U2 com o Bob Dylan e conforme este link que remete ao site do U2 confirma como composição do U2:http://www.u2.com/discography/lyrics/lyric/song/82. E eu acho uma canção bastante bonita, a levada folk/blues do Bob Dylan, aquele tom "de lamentação" que remete a paisagem rural do sul dos EUA. De qualquer forma o gosto é uma das marcas de cada indíviduo, é resultado de inúmeros processos... Mas não estamos num campeonato de quem conhece mais o U2 não é mesmo?

Nossa cara, essa música: walk on.. foi a que fez me apaixonar pelo U2, eu tava down, pensando em desistir, excluir-me de tudo, isso com 13 ou 12 anos... Então aparece-me, em uma rádio, a walk on, e eu, continuei, continuei em frente, e hoje to aqui, feliz com a minha vida. Eu, simplesmente, amo essa música, e, quando eles fundiram a walk on, com a peace on earth, cara, eu confesso; eu choro todas as vezes que ouço. Isso, é um insentivo, pra quem deve persistir, nunca abondonar o barco, seguir em frente sempre, mesmo quando a coisa parecer perdida.

Estou vivo, porque existe uma banda chamada U2, que criou: Walk On.
